The results of the heat insulation emerge with its three dimensions. First one is energy saving dimension. The decrease of energy loss provides the saving from heater equipment (such as radiator, boiler capacity); in other words reduce first investment costs. Besides, with less fuel usage, hard saving emerges. The second dimension is decrease in environmental pollution and the third one is thermal comfort. Page 54
